At Carleton Mushroom Farm, we know the importance of food safety and food regulations, and want all Canadians to feel confident and safe when consuming our mushrooms. This is why we hold our mushroom growing practices to strict internal and external standards.
We have invested heavily in on-farm food safety, following and developing extensive procedures to control the quality of our mushroom in all stages of production. Our mushrooms are Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) certified, Safe Quality Food 2000(SQF) Level 2 certified, as well as Certified Organic.
We want nothing less than the perfect mushroom reaching the plates of our consumers.
